Welcome to Ping Trio. This platform is owned and operated by Transport Services Limited and Ping Trio.

Ping Trio is a technology-only Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider. We provide white-label tools and tracking infrastructure to independent third-party logistics agents, merchants, and service providers (“Agents”).

Visitors, end-users, and clients utilizing tracking links generated through this platform acknowledge that **Ping Trio is not a courier, shipping company, freight forwarder, or party to any commercial transaction** between Agents and their respective customers.

Independent Agent Operations & Disclaimer of Liability

• Independent Status: Agents using this white-label platform operate independently and are entirely separate entities from Ping Trio. We exercise no control, supervision, or direction over the business practices, pricing, fulfillment, or shipping operations of any Agent.
• Non-Delivery and Fraud: Ping Trio assumes zero responsibility or liability for any failure of an Agent to deliver goods, services, or shipments, nor for any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, scams, or financial loss caused by an Agent to their end-clients.
• Customer Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding missing packages, delayed shipments, refunds, or scams must be resolved directly with the specific Agent who managed the transaction. Ping Trio has no obligation, ability, or responsibility to issue refunds or intervene in commercial disputes between Agents and their clients.

Agent Indemnification

If you are an Agent utilizing our white-label platform, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ping Trio, Transport Services Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the white-label tracking platform;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• Any claim that your business operations, fulfillment failures, fraud, or deceptive practices caused damage to a third-party end-client.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ping Trio, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the platform. Under no circumstances will Ping Trio's aggregate liability exceed the total amount of fees paid by the respective Agent to Ping Trio in the past three (3) months.

Intellectual Property

• This website contains material including text, photographs, images, and software code protected by intellectual property rights owned or licensed by Ping Trio.
• The white-label features allow Agents to display their own branding; however, the underlying platform architecture, logos, and software infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Ping Trio.

You may and You may not

You may:

• Access platform tracking features authorized to your account;
• Print or view tracking statuses for legitimate reference purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the white-label tracking architecture;
• Use the platform to host, distribute, or facilitate fraudulent tracking numbers, illegal goods, or deceptive phishing campaigns.

Account Suspension & Termination

Ping Trio reserves the right to immediately suspend, block, or terminate any Agent account, tracking link, or white-label portal at any time, without notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, customer complaints regarding scams, or violations of these terms.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms, the platform, or agent-client interactions, the local courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
